450 diameter pipe supplied & installed by others but rejected by client due to acute mitred angles not suitable for pumped sewage with grit and solids content and finished coating colour for potable water not sewage.
Challenge
Undertake the onsite dimensional survey between 2 x blind fixed points (one flange outside in the deep excavation and the other within the pump station), design and supply new pipework with streamlined geometry conducive to the application
Solution
New pipework supplied EN598 RED and installed with minimal angular deflection reducing friction loss and internal grit and solids erosion
Outcome
Full client acceptance of the new pipework.
Case Study 2
Problem
600 diameter pipe cast into structure wall misaligned in both plan and elevation with fixed flange on receiving vessel.
Challenge
Undertake the onsite dimensional survey between both fixed flanges, design and supply a new pipe special to accommodate the double offset misalignment.
Solution
New double-joggle pipe spool supplied EN598 RED and installed successfully to connect the 2 x fixed point flanges.
Outcome
Both fixed points successfully connected with no construction programme delays.

Problem
2 excavations each with misaligned and different diameter fixed position pipe ends that require bespoke cross connection fittings.
Challenge
To site survey with an assured degree of accuracy that will facilitate the design and fabrication of 2x bespoke interconnecting pipe specials
Solution
Design, supply and fabricate 1 off each 92-deg and 93-deg 800 x 700 PN16 oblique cone reducing bends incorporating harnessed flange adaptors
Outcome
